Created by Darth_Brush, this map will make an amazing map addition to Left4Dead. I am really excited to see this done up proper.

I spent about 10 minutes today with chopped up hot dogs, Bailey, and a few words.
Bailey, so far, reliably responds to "sit" and "come".
I tested this throughout the day and sporadic times. She always nailed it.
A few moments ago, I tested "come" while she was in another room. She did it!
This dog rocks!

We were playing with a lot of catnip and being sire to show her a lot of attention due to the new addition to our home. Sure the picture looks like she is consuming my soul, but I assure you that she is being a great and patient kitty.
She is a great acrobat!
I have just finished watching 'The Island'. I would have to say that this is a concept I wrote a paper about in high school.
I had the assignment of picking a controversial topic as a group of two. One student had to defend one side of the topic, the other student, the other side.
My topic and side was the defense of human cloning. Much in the manner of how it was supposed to be handled in 'The Island". Maintaining vegetative human clones as organ donors for their respective "originals".
In the movie, the donors are referred to as "insurance policies".
On this thought... Would this be acceptable? Obviously not as in the movie, but let's venture on the morbid side... Imagine that you could have a headless body(fully functional) ready to replace ANY part of your body should the need arise.
Is this an acceptable thought? Without the head, thus lacking a brain and face, is the body still viewed as a person if it would not function without life support?
If you view it as wrong, you may not if you lose a limb or discover that you have pancreatic cancer.
If you had the money, would you purchase an "insurance policy"? Sans the head of course....

While I hang around the house working on my shoulder, Little Miss Bailey is hanging out with me and actually watching movies.. She enjoys older movies it seems.
See really got into 'Vanishing Point' yesterday. Today it is 'Escape from New York'.
When I pause it she looks at me... :)

Precious little puppy. She is about 7 weeks old and a puppy in every sense of the word.
It appears that we may have gotten lucky and gotten a 80% house broken dog out of the womb. Awesome.
She looks black, but it the right light you can see that she is really a super dark brown. She may lighten up as she gets older, but if not we love her all the same.

Having played through the demo a few times now... Single player only, I have a thoughts.
-The AI director does a great job of mixing up the action, keeping it fresh
-I am sure that when the mod community gets a hold of this, the mods will be awesome!
-The team mate AI is decent, they will save your butt from time to time
-Frame rates are great due to a good looking but older engine.
-Inability to am down iron sights. Yes you have scoped on certain weapons, but come on... Seriously?
-The team mate AI is decent, they will let you die from time to time
-I am using Vista Ultimate x64 and I have had 1 crash to desktop and on almost(frozen screen and looping sound), but it pulled out of the latter.
I would love to try out the multiplayer and see how playing wit other people in real life will playout.
Definitely try out the demo when it becomes available to you, or buy it if you love shooting zombies.
