Medal of Honor's attempt to get back in the swing of things. Considered a AAA title... it does suffer from what most AAA titles suffer from seemingly too often... it is too short.
With that being said, I was pleasantly surprised. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed the Medal of Honor series previously. It was over shadowed when big hitter, Call of Duty came around. The new Medal of Honor brought the heat, the graphics, and most of all the tone.
It has been a good while since I was pulled into the situation by a perfect harmony of voice acting, sound effects, action, and musical score. There is one particular moment, I won't spoil it for you with too many details, that you feel desperation. Even the radio chatter matches what you are experiencing. This may have been heightened by the fact that I am most of the way through the novel War - by Sebastian Junger, but either way, it was INTENSE.
The single player is worth the $30 mark if you are a fan of the genre and a steal at $20. I will probably play it again.
