Charter hooked up the pipe today... and it is flowing!....

The apartment is almost fully setup... and oh is it nice!

The PC is being transported in the Jeep, to the new abode.


I will not have access to the net in my personal dwelling until Tuesday 6/29... Sad I know .. what ever will I do.

So far the customer service is not impressing me...

I called to set up a new account for my new apartment.... which I move into on the 25th...


I was transfered between departments 3 times... waited on hold for 5-10 minutes between each one. Nothing was answered either...

Why is it?

Some one will ask you for your advice and expertise.... then you give them explicit instructions on how to do something... then...

They do something completely different?


Oh to add to that... they want you to fix it when it doesn't go right for them!
