Tomorrow - Steve leaves - again

Redeployment to Iraq. Leaving again. *sigh*

Here goes another year without him.

Sorry for the lack of words... I am unsure what to say.

I will sorely miss him.

Windows Vista... is it worth it?

Every few years... Microsoft releases a new operating system. I have seen a flop, i.e. Windows Millenium. I have seen great response... i.e. Windows XP.

No it is Vista's turn.. will is succeed? or will it flop?

I must admit... I am excited about the aspect of DirectX 10 being involved... as well as the push to bring PC gaming more into the limelight.

I will sit back and watch for a bit after the final release... just to see how things go. Given the price, I don't want to waste my money.

Your thoughts?

Getting Paid!

With Pay Per Post, thus far I haven't made too much, but it is so easy. I have a friend that has a new computer that is not too far off, all from posting with Pay Per Post. I will be doing this everyday, I need a new computer!

Anyone can do this. Do you have a blog? Do you have access to the internet? Then what are you waiting for? I have $20 queued for payment. I have only been doing this for one day!

It doesn't get any easier that this. They ask you for you opinion on a specific topic. If it fits what you ant to post about... you post about it. You chose... they don't force anything on you.

I am really looking forward doing this throughout the week. I get an hour for lunch each day... which is more than enough time for me to participate and make some cash on the side.

I was cautious at first, as internet scams are all over the place. But Pay Per Post actually pays! I waited for my friend to do this, see if it really worked, then he called me asked for some advice on PC parts... that was my clue that I should have started a month ago!

Give it a shot. It is worth it.

Losing Power

With this storm moving in... it really looks like I am going to lose
power again. The past few storms have been bad for the area. Power
outages lasting days and up to a week for some.

Not good in this cold to say the least. I just love what it does for the
electronics. =/

Visible Blade servers

Blade servers are revolutionizing the hosting world. Maximizing profit for minimum footprint. This is a great alternative against other well known brands. You can see the nice little LCD read out with out even having to open the cage.

If you are a business getting started... or looking to expand. Give this company a good hard look. I think you will find value here. Especially if you have ever dealt with having to work on blade servers.

A reminder of my posted Disclosure Policy

WoW

World of Warcraft has the expansion The Burning Crusade coming up soon.
The release date is January 16th for the USA.

I wonder if this expansion will be enough to bring back the people that
have decided to leave due the repitition required for play.

Not me.

Video Conferencing in HD!

If you work in the tech field there is a good chance that you have been involved with video conferencing. This can be boring and dull due to staring at a small TV screen... This new technology looks like it will be just the same as bing in the same room as someone that could be hundreds if not thousands of miles away.

Not only is this video conferencing in a life size format, it is also in HD, which if you watch the video on the company's site... can make a difference in sealing the deal or not.

Check it out, even if you decide to use HD video conferencing for other alternative purposes.
