A New Car(A Chicken in Every Pot)
Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 3:49PM What if the government, instead of giving the car companies all that money. They should have given each citizen/family so much money towards a new car. This would have saved jobs and kept the auto industry rolling. Added perk would be getting some older cars off of the road.
Maybe $3k towards a car?
Thoughts?

How about giving all those overpaid retirees a decent sized lump sum and telling them they have to buy a ford with it?
